Senior Accountant, CPA Required

Job Summary

Supporting the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, the full-time Senior Accountant, CPA Required will manage technical accounting and financial reporting in a virtual environment, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements while collaborating cross-functionally on complex transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Research, analyze, and document accounting conclusions for complex transactions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate accounting treatment and reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA license is strongly preferred
• 3-6+ years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and/or industry financial reporting
• Experience with SEC reporting and U.S. GAAP technical accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and disclosures
