Senior Accountant, External Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, External Reporting & Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assess disclosures for Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, and quarterly earnings releases
• Manage month-end and quarter-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Conduct technical accounting research and assist in quarterly reviews and annual audits

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of related experience, preferably in both public and private accounting
• CPA License preferred
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
