Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily accounting operations, financial statements preparation, and close processes
Enhance financial systems and procedures, manage compliance, audits, and legal documents
Manage payroll, onboarding, employee records, and compliance-related documentation

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
Experience with NetSuite, TriNet, SaaS business models, and managing business registration in the US
Startup experience preferred
Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills
