Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid capacity, the full-time salaried Financial Reporting & Equity Administration Senior Accountant will manage financial statement disclosures, process equity awards, and support compensation-related data coordination within a cross-functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare schedules to support financial statement disclosures and ensure accuracy in financial statements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assist with processing and reconciling equity data
• Support year-end tax reporting by collecting and reconciling compensation and tax data

Required qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and/or public accounting
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with equity compensation data requirements and cycles
