Senior Accountant, Fixed Assets

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation of processes and ensuring the accuracy of Fixed Assets accounting, the full-time Senior Accountant, Fixed Assets will manage capital asset transactions, assist in financial month-end closing, and partner with business stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and process capital asset additions, disposals, and transfers
• Maintain and close the Asset Management SAP subledger and monitor aging balances for assets under construction
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Fixed Assets reports and perform balance sheet account reconciliations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Fixed Assets Accounting
• Experience with SAP required
• CPA designation preferred
• Proficiency in database tools and financial reporting packages
