Senior Accountant - Fund Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate II - Fund Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting cycle for a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring timely and compliant financial statements
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and serve as the primary accounting resource for on-site property teams
• Oversee internal and external audits, cash management, and lead annual budget preparation efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution
• 3-5 years of hands-on Real Estate Accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Common Area Maintenance (CAM) accounting principles and FASB 13
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with real estate-specific accounting software
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong client relationships
