Senior Accountant (GAAP)

Job Summary

To support the financial operations of a rapidly growing global SaaS business, the full-time Senior Accountant (GAAP) will maintain accurate bookkeeping, manage accounting records in QuickBooks, and ensure compliance with GAAP while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and manage accounting records and reconciliations in QuickBooks
• Handle SaaS revenue recognition, prepare monthly financial statements, and support month-end close processes
• Deliver budget reporting, financial analysis, and assist with audits and compliance adherence

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year as a Senior Accountant or in a similar-level role
• Strong experience with General Ledger management and a solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS principles
• Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based software company and multi-currency accounting environments
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Enterprise
• International accounting or cross-border finance operations experience
