Senior Accountant (GAAP, Remote)

Job Summary

To support the financial operations of a rapidly growing global SaaS business, the full-time Senior Accountant (GAAP, Remote) will maintain accurate bookkeeping, manage accounting records in QuickBooks, and handle SaaS revenue recognition while working closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and manage accounting records and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and support month-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and support audits while improving reporting quality

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a Senior Accountant role
• Strong experience with General Ledger management and a solid understanding of GAAP principles
• Experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based software company
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Enterprise
• Experience in multi-currency accounting environments and international finance operations
