Senior Accountant, General Ledger

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Accountant, General Ledger Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage prepaid expense recording and reconciliations
• Record assigned GL transactions and ensure compliance with GAAP principles
• Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and assist with audits

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 4 - 6 years of experience in general ledger or corporate accounting
• Knowledge of GAAP and corporate month-end close processes
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems, specifically NetSuite
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate issues and solutions
