Senior Accountant - General Ledger

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant-General Ledger to support and enhance financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own key areas of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger in accordance with GAAP
• Strengthen internal controls and support external and internal audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 4-7+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting principles
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and balance sheet reconciliations
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and communicate findings effectively
