Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Accountant, Client Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries, financial statements, and bank reconciliations
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
• Assist with annual budget preparation and manage year-end reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• 2-4 years of real estate accounting experience preferred
• Experience with Yardi is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Excel proficiency preferred
