• 10+ years of experience applying IFRS in practical scenarios
• Experience with consolidated results and complex accounting estimates
• Proven track record in managing audits end-to-end
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve accounting efficiency
• Able to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment with strong judgment
