Job Summary
Owning month-end accruals and general ledger accounting, the full-time Senior Accountant - Illinois Licensed will manage accounts payable processes, fixed assets accounting, and intercompany transactions in a remote setting across multiple entities.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee monthly and quarterly accruals and general ledger accounting for various entities
- Manage accounts payable processes and vendor relationships, including fixed assets accounting
- Support the monthly close process and mentor AP support staff as the team expands
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 6-8 years of progressive general accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite
- Experience with AP automation platforms such as Ramp, Brex, or Concur
- Proven experience in fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, and intercompany accounting
