Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant and Manager - SEC.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients and oversee Staff Accountants
• Prepare for SEC audits and monthly financial closings
• Develop and maintain client relationships while improving financial processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience at a PCAOB Accounting Firm
• Knowledge of SEC accounting and GAAP
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Outstanding project management and analytical skills
