Senior Accountant - Not-for-Profit

Job Summary

To support outsourced accounting clients, the full-time remote Senior Accountant - Not-for-Profit will execute daily transactional accounting operations, including managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, supporting month-end close activities, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Identify trends and implement process improvements to enhance data integrity and compliance with GAAP

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, particularly with clients generating $1M-$50M in annual revenue
• Experience with ERP and cloud-based accounting systems
• Proficiency in processing AP, AR, and payroll transactions
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a multi-client environment
