Senior Accountant - Pharmaceutical

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Accountant with pharmaceutical industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account analyses
• Prepare and review complex balance sheet and income statement reconciliations
• Calculate, record, and analyze clinical trial accruals and related R&D expenses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience
• Hands-on experience with clinical accruals and R&D expense accounting
• Strong knowledge of monthly close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
