Senior Accountant - Remote

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the complete project cycle, including project entry, billing, and reporting
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and provide transactional assistance, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial statements and participate in the onboarding process of new clients

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple ERPs and billing software, specifically Deltek Ajera
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting at or above a staff accountant level
• Experience in full bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and financial statement reconciliation
• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment
