Senior Accountant - Remote

Job Summary

Managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, the full-time Senior Accountant - Remote will oversee invoicing, cash applications, and month-end closing processes while collaborating closely with various departments and contributing to financial reporting and general ledger maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including invoicing and cash applications
• Manage private equity accounting and multi-entity, multi-location accounting
• Prepare and post month-end closing journal entries and maintain the general ledger for accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role focused on AP and AR
• Experience with private equity accounting and multi-entity, multi-location accounting
• Proficiency in advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
