Senior Accountant, Reporting

Job Summary

To support a rapidly expanding organization, the full-time Senior Accountant, Reporting will manage the preparation and maintenance of external financial statements, regulatory filings, and operational reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain external financial statements and regulatory reports, ensuring audit-ready documentation
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables by coordinating stakeholders and validating source data
• Build scalable reporting infrastructure by improving automation, internal controls, and repeatable reporting processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in general or public accounting, with Big 4 experience preferred
• Regulatory reporting experience preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting treatment across multiple reporting areas
• Experience in the healthcare industry, including Medicare and Medicaid, strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and build reporting processes from scratch
