Senior Accountant (SaaS)

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing global SaaS business, the full-time Senior Accountant (SaaS) will maintain accurate financial records, manage accounting processes, and ensure compliance with GAAP while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and manage accounting records in QuickBooks
• Handle SaaS revenue recognition, prepare monthly financial statements, and support month-end close processes
• Deliver budget reporting, financial analysis, and assist with audits and compliance adherence

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a Senior Accountant role
• Strong experience with General Ledger management and understanding of GAAP and IFRS principles
• Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based software company
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Enterprise
• Experience in multi-currency accounting environments and international finance operations
