Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports, ensuring compliance with best practices
• Collaborate on the external reporting calendar and prepare supporting schedules for SEC filings
• Assist with SOX compliance activities and participate in financial closing procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, or related field; CPA certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting and/or industry experience
• Experience in a public company, preferably in the pharma/biotech industry
• Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and SEC reporting requirements
• Experience with NetSuite and Active Disclosure or Workiva preferred
