Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of SEC reporting, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
• Support the preparation of quarterly earnings releases and investor relations presentations
• Maintain internal controls for financial statement accuracy and support SOX compliance efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a Senior Auditor or Senior Accountant role with SEC reporting responsibilities
• Experience in a Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant environment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
