Senior Accountant Specialist Biller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant Specialist/Biller for a remote part-time position in the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and process invoices accurately and efficiently using billing software/system
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of billing transactions
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve billing-related issues in a professional and timely manner

Required Qualifications:

• Degreed Accountant with solid General Ledger, Month End Close experience
• Solid understanding/experience with Revenue Recognition (Deferred Revenue, Unbilled AR, etc.)
• Strong proficiency with computer systems and technology, including experience with SalesForce, Quickbooks, SaaSOptics, and/or Bluesnap Armatic
• Previous experience in billing or accounting
