A company is looking for a Senior Accountant Team Supervisor - 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial oversight and maintain optimal profit margins for clients and the team
• Lead and manage the Senior Accountant team, including training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Advance talent within the team, oversee client satisfaction, and drive process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of management experience
• Experience managing accounting for multiple companies and a team of 5+ individuals
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team
• Experience working with small to midsize businesses and using QuickBooks or similar software
• Example titles for successful candidates include Controller, Finance Manager, Director of Accounting, etc
