Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant Team Supervisor for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial oversight, maintain profit margins, and perform quality control reviews of client financial statements
• Lead and manage the Senior Accountant team, including training, coaching, and overseeing performance
• Focus on talent advancement, client satisfaction, process improvement, and building strong relationships with clients and team members

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of management experience in accounting
• Experience handling accounting for multiple companies and managing a team of 5+ individuals
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team
• Experience working with multiple clients, preferably small to midsize businesses
• 5+ years of experience using QuickBooks and/or similar cloud-based accounting software
