Senior Accountant Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements following U.S. GAAP and assist in month-end close processes
• Research and document technical accounting matters, prepare memos and policies, and support Finance team
• Lead various technical accounting areas, implement new accounting standards, and collaborate with stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or a mix of public accounting/industry
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
• Big 4 accounting experience preferred, licensed CPA preferred
• Strong technical accounting experience with an understanding of US GAAP
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
