Senior Accountant, Washington Licensed

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Senior Accountant, Washington Licensed will support general ledger operations and the monthly close process remotely, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing LLC accounting, and evaluating accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including journal entry preparation and account reconciliations
• Manage LLC accounting, support audit activities, and monitor cash flow for financial decision-making
• Evaluate and improve accounting processes and internal controls to promote operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years of accounting experience with hands-on close responsibilities
• Extensive experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accrual accounting
• Proficiency with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
