Senior Accountant with CPA

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant/Team Lead to manage client accounting relationships and lead a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accounting contact for a portfolio of clients and support decision-making with timely financial information
• Oversee compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, including preparing related reports and schedules
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, participating in hiring and onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager and 2+ years of audit work in a CPA firm
• Experience revamping accounting processes and technology
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Deep knowledge of complex payroll and revenue recognition standards
