Senior Accountant with CPA

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, monthly close process, financial reporting, and related accounting functions
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements; analyze month-over-month variances
• Support compliance and auditors, including significant research and resolution of finance systems questions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Minimum of six years of progressive accounting experience, including financial operations and cost management
• Technical knowledge of GAAP requirements
• United States citizenship required
• CPA certification obtained or in progress is highly desired
