Senior Accountant with CPA

Job Summary

To support the Director of Finance, the remote contracted Senior Accountant with CPA will manage global accounting operations, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and oversee payroll and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Head of Finance to oversee all accounting functions and financial operations across the organization
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, reports, and internal controls
• Oversee global payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees and contractors across multiple regions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; MBA preferred
• CPA certification is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
• Strong experience managing global payroll and multi-entity accounting environments
• Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or technology-driven organizations is a plus
