Senior Accountant with CPA

Job Summary

To support the Director of Finance, the contracted Senior Accountant with CPA will oversee global accounting operations, ensure financial reporting integrity, manage payroll processes, and optimize invoicing in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Finance to oversee all accounting functions and financial operations
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, reports, and internal controls
• Oversee global payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees and contractors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA preferred
• CPA certification is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
• Strong experience managing global payroll and multi-entity accounting environments
• Advanced knowledge of General Ledger, financial close processes, and GAAP-compliant reporting
