Senior Accountant with CPA License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships and provide timely financial information for decision-making
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements while overseeing internal controls
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their development and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, with a minimum of 2 years in audit work
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Proven track record in complex revenue recognition and payroll management
• Experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
