Senior Accountant with CPA License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant/Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accounting contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
• Lead a team of accounting professionals, providing mentorship and overseeing performance management
• Manage client compliance, including internal controls, financial analysis, and preparation of compliance-related reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager in rapidly growing firms
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Proven experience in complex revenue recognition and payroll management
