Senior Accountant with CPA License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships and provide timely financial information for decision-making
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, maintaining internal controls and preparing compliance reports
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their career development and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager and 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; knowledge of Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Experience in revamping accounting processes and technology, particularly in revenue recognition
• Proficient in GAAP-compliant financial modeling using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
