Senior Accountant with CPA License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant/Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accounting contact for a portfolio of clients, managing financial reporting and compliance
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, overseeing performance management and career development
• Execute the monthly close process and maintain internal controls while ensuring adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Experience revamping accounting processes and technology
