Senior Accountant with CPA License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant/Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships, providing accurate financial information and support for decision-making
• Oversee compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, including preparation of compliance-related reports
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit work in a CPA firm
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; knowledge of Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
