Senior Accountant with CPA License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant/Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accounting contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, guiding best practices and supporting career development
• Manage client compliance, internal controls, and the monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit work experience in a CPA firm
• Experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Proven track record of revamping accounting processes and technology
