Senior Accountant with CPA License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to support federal customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations in compliance with GAAP and federal standards
• Support financial data calls to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage general ledger and subsidiary ledger reconciliations, including adjusting journal entries

Required Qualifications

• Seven (7)+ years of accounting experience, including three (3) years in federal or DoD government accounting
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with at least 24 semester hours in Accounting
• Experience with OMB Circular A-136 financial reporting requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience preparing financial statements and account reconciliations
