Senior Accountant with CPA License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to assist with accounting processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly and quarterly accounting close processes, including journal entries and financial analyses
• Conduct variance analyses and maintain balance sheet account reconciliations
• Oversee full cycle accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments while maintaining strong relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA license (or actively working towards one) is strongly preferred
• 4 to 7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience with financial accounting software and strong Excel skills
