Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with CPA License for a full-time remote position, responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, optimizing accounts payable workflows, and driving month-end close reconciliations while maintaining audit readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with accounting and finance teams to ensure smooth operational workflows
• Drive timely and accurate month-end close processes through balance sheet reconciliations and variance investigations
• Support accounts payable workflows and revenue accounting, ensuring data accuracy and process improvements

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of core accounting experience in an accounting firm or fast-growing corporate environment
• CPA License preferred, or actively pursuing it
• Experience with financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Tech-savvy with a strong interest in utilizing AI tools to optimize financial workflows
• Strong foundation in full-cycle accounting and balance sheet management
