Senior Accountant with Sales Tax Filing

Job Summary

To support the company's financial operations, the full-time Senior Accountant with Sales Tax Filing will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and sales tax filings, while working onsite in Lincolnshire, IL.

Key responsibilities:

• Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Calculate, prepare, and file sales tax returns in multiple states
• Generate financial statements and prepare supplemental monthly financial reports

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 5-7 years of accounting experience
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
