Senior Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

Managing credit card processing operations, the hybrid Senior Accounting Analyst will monitor and resolve discrepancies, manage chargebacks, and perform reconciliations while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve open, aging, and excessive credit card authorizations and suspicious credits
• Manage chargebacks and retrieval requests, coordinating with payment processors for timely resolution
• Prepare ad hoc reports and provide analytical support for management and internal audit functions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of two years of experience in credit card, payment processing, treasury, or related financial operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and Power BI
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
