Senior Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Accounting and Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and review processes to compile and communicate financial results, including regulatory and management reporting
• Maintain accuracy of financial data through journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Develop collaborative relationships across divisions to drive continuous improvement and present ad hoc financial analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA, CMA, or MBA (or actively pursuing) is highly preferred
• 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in financial results preparation and interpretation
• Experience in driving improvements and working through roadblocks across organizations
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic and rapidly changing work environments
