Senior Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time remote Senior Accounting Analyst will drive process improvements, enhance reporting efficiency, and ensure accurate lease reporting while collaborating with various teams across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform lease accounting activities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and accurate financial statement representation
• Drive month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations, while assisting with financial reporting deliverables
• Prepare audit support documentation and identify control gaps to drive process improvements and compliance initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in a multi-entity or publicly traded environment
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and experience with month-end close and audit support
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate complex accounting topics effectively
• Experience in consumer or retail environments, with familiarity in data analytics tools or emerging technologies
