Job Summary
Managing accounting functions for HTK and 1847Financial, the full-time Senior Accounting Analyst will streamline processes, perform financial reporting and analysis, and collaborate with financial management teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepares journal vouchers, accounting classifications, and completes account reconciliations
- Participates in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and supports audit requests
- Documents business processes, identifies controls, and recommends ongoing process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance; CPA designation preferred
- 2-5 years of related experience in the life insurance or financial services industry
- Experience working for a brokerage firm is strongly preferred
