Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online
Review financial statements, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with vendor records
Prepare and file sales tax returns and complete catch-up projects for prior years

Required Qualifications

3+ years of recent experience at a public accounting firm
3+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience with e-commerce bookkeeping is a plus
