Senior Accounting Associate

Job Summary

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, the full-time Senior Accounting Associate will ensure the timely completion of deliverables while providing high-level client service in a remote setting within the Real Estate Client Accounting Services team.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborates with a global team to maintain a productive environment and acts as the main client liaison
• Completes reviews of financial documents and provides actionable commentary and variance analysis
• Manages rent rolls, reconciliations, and oversees accounts payable and receivable for property operations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• 4+ years of property accounting experience in a client service environment
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and real estate accounting principles
• Experience with property management systems such as Yardi or MRI
• Demonstrated ability to foster a continuous learning environment and mentor junior staff
