Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly close process and general ledger accounting
• Manage accounting accruals and reconciliations for participations and P&D contracts
• Analyze royalty expenses and perform ad-hoc financial analysis

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting/Finance required
• 7+ years of experience in accounting or financial audit, preferably with Big 4 and private industry
• Experience in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal controls over financial reporting
