Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to build and manage its accounting function.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the month-end and quarter-end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP
• Build and maintain internal controls for audit compliance and manage accounts payable processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and in-house experience at a tech or SaaS company
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, particularly ASC 606 and core SaaS accounting concepts
• Hands-on experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement support
• Audit and compliance experience, including internal controls design and external audit preparation
• Proficiency with major ERPs and Excel / Google Sheets
