Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Accounting Manager to oversee revenue recognition processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a revenue-accounting team, setting performance goals and fostering growth
• Direct monthly and quarterly revenue-close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Act as the authority on ASC 606, advising on deal structures and maintaining policies

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606
• 8+ years of revenue-accounting experience, including public accounting and controllership
• Experience managing swift closing periods and external audits
• Track record of partnering on ERP or revenue-automation implementations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex findings to executives
